Image via WikipediaFor the past five weeks, our Church (Lakeside Presbyterian Church) partnered with an organisation called Real Choices Pregnancy Medical Clinic with the purpose to raise funds to support mothers facing unplanned pregnancy. The idea was that take a baby bottle and fill it with spare change, cash or checks made payable to the organisation. When the bottle is filled up, we took the bottle back to the Church and take another one home (if you are able to) and repeat the process. They came and picked then up after the drops were made every Sunday. We had a lot of bottles and were all filled up.

Abortion: A Rational Look at An Emotional Issue

The women being helped are the ones that are facing the decision of abortion for not having the resources to take care of the baby before and after they are born. Most of them don't want to get abortion but the circumstances makes them to chose abortion.
Baby bottles for Life is a perfect fund raising solution and can be done in places like restaurants, stores, shops, schools and many other places. I put this as a challenge to all those that don't believe in abortion to fill up bottles and send them to Real Choices Pregnancy Medical Clinic to help them in their efforts to give real choices to these women. If you can't send it in, do a similar drive in your Churches or organisations that will help raise funds to support them. Feel free to ask any questions and I will reply.

I woke up this morning to a cool breezy sunny weather, I don't know if that can be used in one sentence, and not to mention the talking of my twin babies. I open my eyes only to see her on my stomach looking in my face with a shirt saying "daddy's little alarm clock." Indeed it she was the alarm clock screaming on top of her lungs for me to wake up, she wasn't crying but loud enough to wake someone up. Another Year, Another Fathers Day

A year has gone and another year has come since I had my first father's Day. As I look back, time seems to be flying by so quickly. Since last father's day when they were 4 months old, I can't believe today that they have started pointing at what they want instead of crying, they want to go wherever I want to go, they run to the door whenever I am coming home from wherever I went (they listen to the keys at the door - they really have acute listening).
